Winter is leaving 👋🏼👋🏼 and welcoming our Spring season 😍 

This is a short trip in Spring for 4 days 3 nights with my parents, from Feb 9th to Feb 12th. It was not a peak season and perfect weather for hiking. We choose to fly from Chicago to Las Vegas, the flight tickets were usually cheaper than other destinations.

It took 5 hours drive from Las Vegas to Page, 2 hours from Page to Zion National Park and 3 hours drive from Zion National Park head back to Las Vegas. It across 3 different states and 2 time zones, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona.
The trip was very relaxing and enjoying the amazing nature 😆 It would be very suitable for a short break or traveling with family and kids.

Cost

Food:
The money you would spend in the restaurant across the U.S. is very consistent. It was around $10-$15 per person for lunch and $15-$25 per person for dinner. Here are some specific restaurants we went 😋

Zion Pizza and Noodle Co - Zion National Park - Dinner - $10 to $15 per person
Oscar’s cafe - Zion National Park - Dinner - $17 to $25 per person
Bellagio buffet - Las Vegas Strip - Lunch - $30 per person
El Tapatio - Page - Dinner - $17 to $25 per person



Hotels:
The cost for hotels was not too bad, less than $100 per night. And a heads up, the hotels in Las Vegas require a resort when you check out. It was around $40 per night. Here are the hotels we stayed during the trip.

Best Western View Of Lake Powell Hotel - Page - need to check in for breakfast, limited to the number of people stayed
Best Western Plus Zion Canyon Inn & Suites - Zion National Park
The LINQ Hotel & Casino - Las Vegas

Activities:
In my trip, the only activities need to pay are below:
Lower Antelope Canyon Tour, $40 per person;
and Zion National Park entry, $25 per vehicle for a 7-day pass.

Rental Cars / Flight Tickets:
Finally~~ transportation costs 🤔🤔 Since I bought the flight tickets only a week before, so..... it costs more for me 🤯😭 I separately purchased the ticket for my parents and myself. Here are the details.
Rental Car: Enterprise - 4 days $240 including damage waiver. 
Flight Tickets: Southwest - 2 persons $514; Spirit - 1 person $273, not including any bag.
